I’ve had to do this a few times when customer SSD drives would not show up in the computer bios. If this happens and you need the data off the drive connect it to a SATA usb converter. My theory is the drive is so slow to respond the bios times out and moves on. When I connect to the USB drive it allow windows to see the data. On this drive its slow but I can get to the data.
